Application Guidelines and Deadlines for Applicants from Foreign Countries

All complete application package and support materials must be postmarked by October 15, 2008. Any application postmarked after October 15, 2008 or received after October 22, 2008 will be considered ineligible.

December 1, 2008 - Announcement of Scholarship, Fellowship and Grant recipients.

ALL APPLICATION MUST BE MAILED. NO ONLINE APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED

APPLICANTS FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES:

All applicants must include the following in their completed application package:

  • A completed application form in your native language (Turkish, Arabic or English), which can be obtained from the representative of SSFG Program
  • Official high school or college transcripts in your native language (Turkish, Arabic or English)
  • 2 letters of recommendation (one from your priest or Archbishop, and one from your college advisor and professor) 
  • A min. 200 and a max. 250 word typed essay in your native language as to why you should receive this scholarship or grant
